If we suspect that something is wrong with your pet, we will call you at the emergency phone number we have on file. If the pets needs medical attention, we will transport your pet to the veterinarian. In the event we cannot reach you, we will decide if your pet should be seen be the veterinarian and we will take your pet to the vet. You will be billed for any extra time we spend for these services. |

Our earliest visit in the morning is 6:00 am and the latest is 8:00 pm. If you want us to come twice each day, we usually make the visits 12 hours apart. |

Please call us to make a reservation and always expect to get a reconfirmation, either by telephone or email. Leaving us a message on the answering machine or voicemail does not guarantee services. |

We serve most domestic pets. Our clients are primarily cats and dogs. However, we regularly take care of birds, fish, guinea pigs, rats and reptiles. We are also experienced with horses! |

You should always call your pet sitter when you return home. You can either call or leave us an email. Should we not hear from you, we will continue our visits and you will be billed for extra visits. |

We accept cash and checks. |

Payments are due prior to, or at the time of the first visit for first time customers. Returning customers can choose to be billed and payment is due within 10 days. |

What happens if I have to cancel Service? |

We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Less than 24 hour notice will result in client being billed for 50 % of the fee for booked services. |

Can you keep my pet at your home or facility instead of coming to my home? |

We do not offer any boarding or kenneling facilities. We only provide care at your home. |
